Communication is highly regarded at QuickerStickers and we encourage you to ask us any questions you may have to ensure your receive the best service we can provide.
Below are some common questions and answers about our service.
We encourage you to use our common email info@QuickerStickers.com.au to receive an immediate response or at least by the end of the day Monday to Friday.
Our email program scans for incoming viruses and ensures our reply emails are virus free. However we recommend installing anti-virus software on your own system for peace of mind.
We only need a few basic specifications to generate a quotation. These are height and length of your sticker and the quantity you require. If we need more details we will ask in our reply email. If you are able to attach your print ready art files at the same time, we will be able to confirm it’s printability.
A brief outline for the use of the sticker will enable us to better understand your requirements and expectations.
The industry standard print file format is PDF. It is important to ensure all fonts are converted to outline or shape in case we don’t have your font on our system in which case our software may substitute your font with a similar font unbeknown to us.
We will need to convert other file formats to PDF prior to printing and in all cases we provide an e-proof for your final approval prior to production.

Quicker Stickers is primarily a professional commercial printing operation with the latest digital printing machinery and most up to date design software.
We do offer a design service from basic file conversion, file amendments and editing through to complete original designs from scratch. We will advise if your art file needs amendment in order to produce a high quality print.
If you need a re-design or new design our in-house designers can complete this for you at a reasonable cost.
Our print shop is located in Southport, Queensland where you can collect your stickers once completed or you can arrange for your courier service to collect on your behalf.
Alternatively we can deliver locally by courier or nationwide by Australia Post “Next Day” Express Post.
Express Post guarantees delivery and provides tracking.
Note: QuickerStickers assumes no responsibility for delivery when using Australia Post services.
Quicker Stickers utilises several secure third party services to receive your payment including Bpay, Credit and Debit Cards, and American Express Charge Cards.

Note: We do not collect or store your financial details and therefore require your details for each transaction.
In most cases we receive an automatic instant electronic confirmation of your payment transaction but encourage you to submit a remittance with your unique invoice or reference number. Without a remittance we would check with our bank to ensure your funds have cleared which may cause a delay in production.
Other methods of payment include:
Direct Deposit via your Internet Banking and automated telephone payment with your credit card. Refer to your invoice for payment details.
As all our printing is uniquely customised, Quicker Stickers requires full payment prior to production from all its clients.
Furthermore we also require a Purchase Order number from corporate clients where an accounts department is responsible for payments of purchases made by another department within the business or where accounting is outsourced.
We recommend using a credit facility offered by your bank such as Credit Card or Business Overdraft if required.
Quicker Stickers requires all art files received to be copyright and royalty free for reproduction. The onus is on the provider/client to ensure artwork complies with international copyright laws.
Drafts, proofs and designs provided by QuickerStickers remains the property of the creator at all times and is prohibited from being distributed or reproduced.
Designs created for the client are for the purposes of printing the product (stickers or otherwise) one time only for the client and not intended for further use unless for repeat or rerun orders placed with QuickerStickers.
